International flights are not included, unless stated in a customised group package. We provide exact flight recommendations and arrival windows to help coordinate smooth travel.

Yes. If required, we guide you on flight routes, recommended arrival times, and domestic connections. While we don’t book flights directly, we help you plan the most suitable options (including group flight coordination where possible). Or we can connect you with a travel consultant to book everything for you.

We accept payments via bank transfer, Wise, and major credit or debit cards. International payments can be made securely through Wise with low fees.

Yes. To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This covers essential prepayments such as accommodation, internal flights, and tour reservations. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before arrival.
